Seven of those years were spent as a Quality Auditor, conducting both static and dynamic inspections of customer-ready commercial and passenger vehicles. Following this, Megen moved to the MBSA Head Office in Pretoria and took charge of the Driver Training Portfolio for Daimler Trucks and Buses for a decade, managing driver, product, and soft skills training nationwide.
